When you have an unexpected expense and go over budget, VAPR Federal Credit Union is there to support you. We offer you services that adapt to your needs so that you can regain control.
If you are a member and have a checking account, you can request a reserve of between $100.00 and $5,000.00 to cover a temporary shortfall and you also have at your fingertips a credit line of up to $3,000.00 to handle unforeseen expenses. Monthly payments on this reserve and line of credit can be as low as $35.00.
In the event of the loss of a loved one, as a member, you can obtain a loan of up to $30,000.00 to cover funeral expenses. Find out with us to apply for your loan now!

To join our credit union you must bring the following documents:
- Photo identification (License or Passport)
- $50.00 for initial deposit
Regular share (savings) accounts carry no monthly fee. In the checking account there will be no monthly charges as long as you maintain a minimum balance of five hundred dollars ($500.00). If you do not have this balance then a charge of four dollars ($4.00) will be applied monthly.
