Call and get oriented today with our mortgage team. Here we offer you mortgage loans for personal use on the value of your residence (“home equity”) of up to $60,000.00 with a fixed interest rate and with terms of up to 20 years.
In addition, we have loans for land where you can build the home you have always dreamed of. Acquire your land for a permanent structure with a loan of up to $65,000.00 or you can refinance your existing loan with a term of up to 15 years.

To join our credit union you must bring the following documents:
- Photo identification (License or Passport)
- $50.00 for initial deposit
Regular share (savings) accounts carry no monthly fee. In the checking account there will be no monthly charges as long as you maintain a minimum balance of five hundred dollars ($500.00). If you do not have this balance then a charge of four dollars ($4.00) will be applied monthly.
