Telecoop VAPR

At VAPR we have an automated voice system that is available 24 hours a day. With this system you can learn about your balances, make transfers, calculate the payment of a loan, make payments and know which were the last checks processed. To activate this service, you must have an access code that you can request by calling customer service at 787-900-0200 or 1-800-981-8259. Once you have your access code, you can access TeleCoop VAPR by calling 787-773-7620 or 787-773-7600 (option 4).

Debit

If you have a checking or share account with us; with your debit card you can withdraw funds from any withdrawal machine (ATM) or make payments or purchases at any commercial establishment that accepts ATMs. Transactions at VAPR Federal Credit Union ATMs they are free of charge; while only the first ten transactions carried out at ATMs of other banks are free of charge, starting with the eleventh transaction, they carry an additional charge.

Internet Banking and Mobile Banking

Monitoring your VAPR Federal Credit Union accounts is like having money in your hands. You have access to your accounts 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through our website www.vaprfcu.com. Access your accounts at any time to carry out some transactions, such as:

  • Pay your bills
  • Manage your accounts.
  • Make transfers between accounts you have with us and with other financial institutions.
  • See your balances.
  • View transactions.
  • Search for information about a product or service.
  • Access forms and much more.

VAPR Mobile & ATH Mobile

With your VAPR accounts, you make transfers and payments using the ATH Móvil application. We also provide you with the best tool to access your VAPR accounts, download now our mobile application, VAPR Mobile Banking. Monitor your accounts and carry out your transactions in a safe and fast way . VAPR Móvil and ATH Móvil are available to download in your App Store, if you use Apple; and Google Play Store if you use Android. From your cell phone, click here to download.

eStatement

Getting your digital account statement is easy and the best thing you can do to avoid a $5.00 monthly fee. Sign up here to receive your next statement by email. Let's save the environment together!

Money Orders

We have money orders available for our members. Stop by any of our branches and request your draft, it can be up to a maximum amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and has a cost of two dollars ($2.00).

Car Tags

Visit your nearest branch to purchase your car tag annually. It has a cost per service of four dollars ($4.00). Now with digital car tags available starting on September 1st, 2023.

Incoming Wire Transfers

To receive a wire transfer (“ Wire Transfer ”) you must know the following:

  • Fill out the form that you will find here and deliver it to the bank or institution that will originate the transfer.
  • It is important that the form is filled out in its entirety in order to process the transfer. If any information is omitted, the funds will be returned to the issuing financial institution.
  • Any fees from intermediaries, correspondents or receiving banks will be charged to the transferred amount.
  • It is very important that you notify us immediately after authorizing an incoming wire transfer. Call 787-900-0200. 

Outgoing Wire Transfers

To send a wire transfer (“ Wire Transfer ”) from one of your accounts you must know the following:

  • Fill out the form that you will find here and deliver it to your preferred VAPR branch. You must present a valid photo ID and evidence of the purpose of the transaction (eg invoices, purchase order, bank statement, etc.).
  • All transfer instructions are subject to final verification and approval by VAPR Federal Credit Union.
  • The final credit to the beneficiary’s account is subject to verification and approval by the receiving bank or financial institution. Make sure you are available for bank transfer verification.
  • Wire transfer forms received before 2:00 pm (Monday through Friday) will be processed the same day, if received after 2:00 pm they will be processed the next business day.
  • We do not process wire transfers on Saturdays.
  • Foreign / international transfers may take three (3) or more business days to be available to the beneficiary.
  • Wire transfers have a service charge of $30.00 each.
