In our efforts to provide you with an excellent service, we will soon be implementing updates to our online banking services (Internet Banking) and we want you to be ready.
If your User ID is currently your membership number, email address, or social security number, you will need to update it using 6 to 50 characters in a combination of letters, numbers, and some of the following special characters: _‐.! @ $ * () = + {} [ ]
The changes will take effect on September 9, 2021, it is important that you update your user ID before this date so that you do not have interruptions in your online services.
Making the ID change is simple, enter your account with your current information and follow the following steps:
- Click on the padlock at the top right of the screen and select Change Logon ID
- Enter and verify your new ID
